Children’s Healthcare in the Florida Keys
Keys AHEC Health Centers is a non-profit organization that provides access to no cost medical and low cost dental care for the school age children of Monroe County, FL, no matter their financial circumstances.
Most of the families we serve are from low to moderate income homes who cannot afford quality healthcare. Keys AHEC has established itself as a medical and dental home for these families, ensuring they have access to quality, affordable healthcare for their children.
Since Keys AHEC clinics have been serving the children of Monroe County School District, absenteeism has decreased and our local children are now getting the quality medical and dental care they need to thrive in school and in life.
